Production and Delivery

• Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and reporting any issues within 7 days

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Custom orders are generally non-refundable once production begins
• We will replace or refund defective products or errors caused by us
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs may apply

Limitation of Liability
